Vegetarian Tuna Salad
Whether you eat real tuna or not, this recipe for tuna salad substitute is definitely worth trying. It only takes a couple of minutes to make and is great as tuna melt sandwiches, tuna grinders, Mediterranean or pasta salads and any other recipe that may include tuna salad. With a few tweaks to the seasoning, I can see this as a base for a vegetarian chicken salad as well.
