Copycat Cheese It Crackers Recipe
If you love Cheez-It brand cheese crackers, then you'll love this super easy recipe. With just four ingredients and a little water, this is a recipe that even the kids can make and you'll know exactly what's in them.

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 4 Tbsp butter softened 1 tsp salt 1 cup all purpose flour 4 Tbsp ice water 1 tsp course sea salt optional
Mix the cheese, butter and salt until well combined
Slowly add the flour while mixing until dry "pebbley" consistency
Slowly add the ice water until thoroughly blended into a dough ball
Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour
Preheat oven to 375 ℉ (190.5 ℃)
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and roll the dough onto it no thicker than 1/16" (about 1.6mm)
**NOTE: The thinner, the crispier! Cut into 1" squares and poke a small hole in the center of each
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
