How to Make Spice Cake from Yellow Cake Mix
This is a quick, easy way with just 4 seasonings to turn your yellow cake mix into a spice cake mix.
Equipment
- 1 Bowl for cake mix
- 1 Set of teaspoons including 1/2 and 1/4 measures
- 1 mixing spoon
Ingredients
- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves *You can substitute 1/4 tsp. of Ground Allspice if you don't have Ground Cloves
Instructions
- Pour Yellow Cake Mix into bowl
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves
- Stir together until thoroughly mixed
- Follow baking instructions on box or per the recipe you are using
